Your total satisfaction is the number-one priority at Rock
Valley Antique Auto Parts, Inc. Every product we sell conforms
to demanding standards, customer requirements and specifications.
We guarantee that parts will be free of defects in material
and workmanship. If any item is found to be defective in workmanship
and/or materials, we will gladly replace the part or refund
the purchase price shown on your original invoice. Simply
contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Does not include
electrical parts.
Ordering
We make buying easy. Orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail
or Email. For additional information, follow the How to Order

Payment
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
or American Express. When paying by credit
card, provide the card number, expiration
date and card holder's name and address.
C.O.D. Shipments The C.O.D. fee is $5.50. All C.O.D.'s
must
be sent certified check.
Personal Check with approval
Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be sent by United Parcel
Service, unless they are oversize or overweight. UPS accepts
up to 70 lbs. and 130" combined size. Overweight or oversize
shipments will be sent by truck, freight collect or prepaid.
- Cost to ship small parts: minimum postage $2
- Cost to medium-size items: $20
- Cost to ship large items: $25-$35
Most orders for stocked merchandise are processed and shipped
within 72 hours of receiving your order. For custom-built
items, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have the
option of refusing delivery and the order will be returned
to us, or you may receive the order and make note of the visible
damage in writing to the carrier. If upon inspection of the
parts you find them damaged due to the carrier's handling,
you then have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier. Do
not return the damaged parts to us. Keep the package and the
parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received
them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim.
Returns
All electronic items are sold as is and carry no warranty;
they will not be accepted for credit or refund. Other returns
must be made within 30 days of original ship date. You may
call for a return authorization number. No returns accepted
without this number. All returns must be sent postage paid
and insured. We charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
Liability
Rock Valley will not be liable for personal property damage
caused by use or misuse of any product we sell or manufacture.
The user shall assume all responsibility and risk connected
herewith. Rock Valley reserves the right to make changes in
design or make additions to or improvements upon any products
at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever to
install the same or improve upon products previously manufactured.
Although Rock Valley strives to maintain the prices listed
in our catalogs, we do reserve the right to change prices
without prior notice.
